This Refund and Return Policy (the “Policy”) applies to physical goods purchased through Buyworld (the “Website”), which is operated by Buyworld (“we” or “us”). By purchasing goods through our Website, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns of physical goods purchased through the Website, subject to the following conditions:
- Returns must be made within 5 days of receipt.
- The product must be undamaged, in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories, gifts and other included items.
- When requesting a return, you must provide proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt).
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have exceeded the return period.
- Personalized or customized products, accessories marked as non-returnable.
- Items damaged by misuse, abuse or improper handling.

2. Return process
To request a return, please follow the steps below:
- Contact our team at support@buyworld.com.cn to request a return.
- Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Please package the product securely and include the RMA number in your return package.
- Use a trackable courier to ship the product to the return address we provide.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped), or the product is defective (covered by our warranty), or damaged in transit (with carrier services provided by us).
We recommend that you keep the shipping receipt until the return is processed.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will notify you at support@buyworld.com.cn whether your return is approved. If approved:
- The refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned merchandise via your original payment method.
- The refund amount will include the purchase price of the merchandise (excluding original shipping costs), unless the return is due to our error or the merchandise is defective.
If the returned merchandise is defective, please refer to our warranty policy and contact us for more information on your remedies.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item (e.g. a different model or bundle), please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges unless Buyworld states otherwise (e.g. specific product categories or conditions apply).
5. Damaged or Wrong Goods
If you receive damaged, defective or wrong goods, please contact us at support@buyworld.com.cn within 5 days of receipt. We will provide return instructions and may cover the return shipping costs in such cases (subject to verification).
