This Warranty Policy (the “Policy”) applies to physical products purchased through Buyworld (the “Website”) operated by Buyworld (“we” or “us”). By purchasing products through our Website, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. Warranty Coverage
We offer a limited warranty on all physical products purchased through the Website for a period of 180 days from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, including:
- Non-human-caused damage or malfunctions.
- Known design defects.
- Issues that cannot be resolved through over-the-air (OTA) software updates.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident or unauthorized modification.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Use of the product for purposes other than those for which it was intended.
- Issues that may be resolved through OTA updates provided by us.
- Out of warranty period.
2. Warranty Process
To initiate the warranty process, you must:
- Contact our sales staff at support@buyworld.com.cn within 180 days of product delivery.
- Provide proof of purchase (such as order number or receipt) and a detailed description of the problem.
- Please obtain authorization from our sales staff before continuing the process.
We will evaluate this process to confirm eligibility for warranty terms. We reserve the right to refuse warranty for issues not covered by this policy.
3. Warranty Action
If the warranty process is approved, we will repair or replace the defective product at our sole discretion and notify the buyer. All costs associated with the repair or replacement of the product, including parts and labor, will be borne by Buyworld.
Shipping costs are apportioned as follows:
- The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to Buyworld (return shipping).
- The Buyworld will bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to the buyer.
4. Limitations
This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty are warranted for a period of 60 days after the date of repair or replacement.
5. Disclaimer of Additional Warranties
Except as expressly stated in this Policy, we provide no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by applicable law.
6. Policy Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on the website and will be marked with the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the website after revisions will constitute your acceptance of the revised warranty policy.
