Conditions for Returns:
To ensure your goods are eligible for return, please ensure that
Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
The returned products must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, etc.
For returns due to the customer's personal reasons (i.e.: do not like it, bought the wrong product, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
The following goods cannot be returned:
Goods that have exceeded the return period.
Goods that have been damaged by human factors, including but not limited to: being soaked in water, broken, or disassembled by oneself.
Goods that are specially marked as not accepting returns, such as gifts, special-priced goods, and clearance goods.
Goods that affect secondary sales, such as damaged packaging, missing accessories, etc.
Customized or personalized goods.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept any goods which do not comply with the above return conditions. The purchaser will be responsible for any loss or additional costs incurred as a result of goods not being accepted for return.
Refund process:
Please contact our customer service team and provide your order number, reason for return and relevant photos or videos.
After customer service review, we will provide the return address and relevant instructions.
Please pack the goods properly and send them back to the designated address.
Once we receive the returned goods and confirm that they meet the return conditions, we will process the refund within 14 working days.
The refund will be returned to your payment account by the original route.
Refund process:
If the product you received has quality problems or does not match the description, please contact customer service within 7 days of signing for it. We will pay the return shipping cost and provide exchange or refund service.
If the product is damaged in transit, please refuse to accept it and contact customer service immediately. We will negotiate with the logistics company to deal with it.
